The Bloodline remains the most compelling story in wrestling
Roman Reigns, The Usos, and Sami Zayn are all back together, though one integral piece is still missing

This past Friday on SmackDown, The Bloodline reformed.
Roman Reigns, The Usos, and Sami Zayn all shared the ring together as the show went off the air, marking the first time in nearly two years that had happened. In the short term, it will be fascinating to see if Reigns and Zayn can recapture the chemistry they had two years ago. It will need to be different–both of their characters have evolved–but every moment they share together on-camera will be worth watching.
The next piece of the puzzle will be the return of Paul Heyman, which will give the original Bloodline every advantage heading into WarGames against Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tanga Loa.
But the new Bloodline should still find a way to win.
If WWE is sincere about creating monster heels out of Sikoa and Fatu, then they need to keep accumulating big wins. That happened at Crown Jewel when Sikoa pinned Reigns. Now it is the chance to take it a step further and have Fatu pin Reigns in the main event of Survivor Series, which should be the WarGames match.
Reigns can withstand the losses. He’ll remain one of the biggest stars in the world, and it is an inevitability that he will regain the world title. But it is the perfect time to make Sikoa and Fatu even stronger.
Reigns, The Usos, and Zayn shared a magnificent moment together on Friday night. They don’t need the win at Survivor Series–what they accomplished on SmackDown already achieved their objective.
With Sami Zayn rejoining The Bloodline, what will happen between him and Kevin Owens?
Owens and Zayn are longtime friends, but there have been plenty of times where they were also foes. With a singles title in neither of their immediate futures, this may be the beginning of a feud that will build to WrestleMania.
